Reading: Full read access to all Wiley Online Library journals.
Hybrid OA ("Online Open"): Unlimited, uncapped APC coverage for articles accepted by Dec 31, 2027. Author publication agreement must also be signed by that date.
Gold (Fully) OA: Limited allocation. Coverage guaranteed for manuscripts submitted by Aug 31, 2026. After that, allocation may be exhausted and authors should expect to pay the APC themselves — UW Libraries has no central fund for individual APCs.
Eligibility: Corresponding author must be UW-affiliated. Use your @uw.edu email at submission.
