Our Bullet Blender 5E Gold+ recently stoppped working. I submitted a warranty RMA request. They sent a shipping box (as we didn’t retain the original box) and a return shipping label (UPS Ground).

I packed up the unit and scheduled UPS pickup at the SAFS office for today.
