1. After receiving new item(s), review the [Roberts Lab Inventory System](https://robertslab.github.io/lab-inventory/) to see whether there is an established storage location. Use the [Purchase Log](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1DHXiiEzWhh0XHnEMvKz4TX10e69ErOWHv5Jo-ouk6x8/edit#gid=0) to confirm purchase details.
2. If the item(s) have an existing storage location, put the new item(s) in the same location.
3. If the item(s) _do not_ have an existing storage location, select one and record it in the [Roberts Lab Inventory System](https://robertslab.github.io/lab-inventory/). Also add the storage location to the [Purchase Log](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1DHXiiEzWhh0XHnEMvKz4TX10e69ErOWHv5Jo-ouk6x8/edit#gid=0).
